bed was super comfortable, very dark for good sleeping, super quiet, gorgeous building, nice big parking and safe in behind big doors with a guy always there. supplied coffee and coffee maker was excellent, TV with one English movie channel was a bonus...lol...good access to combos, good location 2.3 km to centro

This old Hacienda style Hotel suited our travel and visiting needs perfectly. Pet friendly and with good, secure parking. Without exception, all the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, creating a lovely atmosphere. Very clean.

The architecture and the field for walking, also the room was nice and confortable, and the play room was so interesting to visit

We loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The rooms let in a bit of noise from nearby rooms but was not much of a bother.

location is great and very close to downtown patzcuaro. the staff very helpful from the bell boy waiters and reception crew.
